Introduction

Rovnou explains how personal information received through inquiries and website-use information are handled. The contracting entity will be identified before a proposal or contract.

Information We Collect

The inquiry form receives the following information:

• Name, email, company, role, industry, AMR fleet size, and inquiry message
• Inquiry type, form presentation, and language
• Landing page, external referrer, and UTM parameters
• Consent time, submission time, request ID, and retry-prevention key
• Browser User-Agent and information needed to prevent abusive submissions

How We Use Your Information

We use the received information for:

• Responding to inquiries
• Understanding site problems, required data, and validation methods
• Preventing duplicate submissions and abuse, and investigating failures
• Improving the inquiry flow and response operation without personal advertising use

Storage and Processors

The following services process information for inquiry handling. Access is limited to operators who need it.

• Google Sheets / Google Apps Script: required durable store and single-writer path for contact details, the message, attribution, consent, and request information. Apps Script verifies the signature and performs the idempotency check and row append under one lock.
• Slack: optional operator notification that may include contact details, the message, and request ID.
• Vercel: web-application runtime. Operational logs contain only request IDs, processing status, and error types without personal information.

Analytics and Third-Party Page Trackers

With your opt-in choice, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure page visits and site interactions so we can improve the site. Google receives page paths, page titles, interaction events, and technical identifiers such as analytics cookies and IP-derived information. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs and do not send inquiry form fields. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed below. Without consent, Google Analytics does not load. Microsoft Clarity, Juicer, and Apollo remain disabled. No ROI-report email delivery provider is currently used.

Retention and Deletion

Information is kept only while needed to handle the inquiry and agreed follow-up. Continued retention is reviewed when that purpose ends.

• Inquiry records are deleted or anonymized after reviewing response status and legal or contractual needs.
• Operational logs do not contain the inquiry message, name, email address, or company name.
• To request deletion, use the inquiry form and provide enough information to identify the relevant record.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Where identity can be reasonably verified, requests to access, correct, restrict, or delete held information are accepted.

• We confirm the request and the information in scope.
• Where retention is required for legal, security, or contractual reasons, we explain the reason and determine the available action.
• We notify the registered contact when processing is complete or further confirmation is needed.

Security

Storage credentials remain server-side. A submission is treated as successful only after the Google Apps Script single writer accepts a signed request and completes the idempotency check and Google Sheets append. Notification failures are separated from storage failures, and contact details or messages are not written to application logs.
